1.  Download and Install V3mail 2.1 software

2.  Plug microphone into sound card "mic-in"

3.  Configure V3mail for sending.

1.  Click here and download the installation package to your computer.  Then double click on the file and follow the on screen installation instructions.

2.  Plug a microphone into the "mic-in" jack on the back of your sound card.

3a.  MAPI configuration - The default method for sending emails is through your MAPI compliant email program.  This also enables you to send through your Hotmail account if it is setup as the default email account in Outlook Express v5.0+.   Click here for more details.

3b.  SMTP configuration - If your ISP provides you with a SMTP based email account, then it is possible for V3mail to try and detect the proper settings from the Options -> Program Settings -> Auto button.  If this doesn't detect the settings then it will default back to "send via MAPI."   Otherwise you should contact your technical support for the necessary SMTP information.
